⚠️ Don’t work with me if you want:
- The Cheapest Trip Possible – I will do my best to get you an affordable vacation, but I can’t compete in prices with online aggregators, especially if you compare it to big group tours. However, I can compete in expert recommendations, curated and quality bookings and a private trip.
- Last Minute Trips – Custom trips take time to build, so I may not be a fit for urgent departures.
- Big Bus Tours – If you’re looking for mass-market, insta-photo collection travel, my services may not be what you’re after.

Inquiry & Discovery Form
Fill out a short form with your travel ideas. I’ll review it and we’ll schedule a free 30-minute consultation call.

Intro Call
We’ll chat about your vision, expectations, must-sees (and must-eats!). I’ll explain how I work and answer your questions.

Planning Fee & Research Begins
Once we agree to move forward, I’ll collect the planning fee and start researching to design a custom itinerary for you.

Proposal Presentation & Edits
You’ll receive a beautiful, easy-to-follow trip plan. We’ll go through it together and make any changes you need.

Booking & Support
I’ll handle all bookings and connect you with trusted local partners. You’ll get all your confirmations, documents, and a digital itinerary before you leave.

Ongoing Support
I’ll be available before and during your trip to ensure everything runs smoothly.
